Practical seasoning made from a variety of selected native herbs and spices for making rendang.
How to use:
Prepare 1/2 kg of beef, cut into pieces according to taste. Boil beef pieces in 1 liter of water until tender. Saute 1 packet of indofood instant rendang seasoning until fragrant. add the beef pieces, also add 1.5 cups of the remaining cooking water/meat broth (350mL). Cook on medium heat until beef is tender, spices are absorbed and sauce thickens. Ready to serve.
Ingredients:
Herbs and spices, coconut milk, shallots, mononatrium glutamate, dinatrium inosinate & guanylate), garlic, acidity regulator, caramel color. May contain small amounts of sulfites.
